Accomplished and seasoned HR professional with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 experience developing and implementing workforce strategies to meet future needs of an organization.  Implementation experience includes Human Resources transformation management in areas such as changes in organizational strategic direction, process improvement activities, employee development, and retention programs. Established leading practices for successfully initiating workforce and administration planning, cultural realignment, training, compensation programs, international employee relations and benefits analysis, and change management. Experience includes working with organizations in the Americas and Asia-Pacific regions.  Skills and capabilities also include directing human resources functions in transitional periods of rapid growth and downsizing, start-up operations, mergers/acquisitions, and business closures in multi-state, and international settings. An effective and motivational team player who delivers bottom-line results and improves employee satisfaction.

Fila Barnett-Evanson


In 1996 while earning a living as a full-time artist Fila Barnett-Evanson began performing  part-time research for a recruiter. She discovered that it came quite easy to her. She discovered that she enjoyed the challenge of matching exceptional job candidates with clients’ skill requirements. Two years later Fila started a nationwide female-owned niche recruiting firm that specializes in the financial industries, Executive Search Professionals, Inc.  Today as chairperson of People Strategies, she has developed an excellent reputation as an expert in evaluating and delivering quality for some of the largest global financial firms. Fila holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and a post graduate degree in Visual Art and Design.
